Explicit Consent (Data Processing Permission)

By filling in and submitting the contact form on hasanaras.com, I give my explicit consent, of my own free will, to:

  • The processing by Hasan Aras of the full name, e-mail, company name and message content I share in the form, for the purposes stated in the Privacy Notice,
  • Being contacted via e-mail or phone using this information so that my request can be answered,
  • If I select the "Ask me a question" subject, the publication of my question on the Q&A page — with my name and organisation anonymised, or with my approval.

Withdrawing Consent

You may withdraw your explicit consent at any time, without stating a reason, by sending an e-mail to info@hasanaras.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. Upon your request, your data will be deleted, subject to statutory retention obligations.
