Claude
An assistant strong in long context, careful reasoning and file analysis. Projects for persistent context, Artifacts for report/dashboard/code outputs, Scheduled tasks for timed routines, and Cowork/Claude Code for tasks connected to files and tools: workflows that run on their own, beyond the chat.
What it does well
- Working with very long documents and datasets
- Agent-style use with Projects · Artifacts · Scheduled tasks
- Automation with connectors like Gmail, Drive, Sheets
How I use it
- A weekly performance report draft that prepares itself at 08:00 on Monday
- Brand-level Projects: goals, tone and past reports in persistent context
- Automating lead and report flows through email/Drive connectors
Limits
It doesn't generate images — campaign creative needs a separate tool. It doesn't reach live data on its own; anything that depends on a current figure needs a connection set up first. The long-context advantage isn't free: dragging a small question into a 200-page project is both slow and pointless, so I open a separate empty chat for short work.
When I switch to another tool
When I need campaign visuals I use Midjourney, or Adobe Firefly when commercial licensing needs to be unambiguous. For one-line questions ChatGPT is enough. If the file lives in the company's SharePoint or Excel, Microsoft Copilot wins because the file never leaves.
