The story behind the résumé.
Résumés list what you did. This page is about how I think, how I work and what I care about — the things that decide whether we're a good fit.

While studying psychology at Bahçeşehir University on a full scholarship, I started a digital marketing internship at Unity / Unreal Engine Turkey through the university's industry cooperation programme (BAU COOP). While preparing campaign reports I got hooked on the human behaviour behind the numbers; that curiosity never left me.
The year I graduated I joined Concentrix (then Webhelp) as a specialist and rose to senior manager in seven years; I led teams for global clients, built processes, reported. Then I deliberately changed direction: advisory work at a US-based SEO agency, then managing six brands across six countries at Adsaturn. I currently run performance marketing for 16 brands at Adsaturn; in 2025–2026 I also ran student-acquisition marketing for two international universities with Eduhub in parallel.
"Psychology taught me to form hypotheses and to look at data with scepticism. The two core tools of a good performance marketer."
I see these three stops (corporate operations, agency pace, brand depth) not as separate careers but as three faces of the same job: why do people click, why do they drop off, and how is a budget spent more wisely?
BAU Psychology · 100% merit scholarship
Unity / BAU COOP · first internship, first campaign

I don't spend budget if measurement isn't right. When I take over an account my first job is to verify GTM, GA4, pixels and conversion tracking; optimisation on wrong data is not optimisation.
What follows is simple but takes discipline: every change is a hypothesis ("if we do X, Y happens because Z"), every hypothesis has a small test and a success metric written up front. Weekly report, monthly strategy review, quarterly target.
Verify measurement
GTM, GA4, Meta Pixel / CAPI, conversion actions, Merchant feed. No decision before the numbers are trustworthy.
Read the account and the market
Account structure, search terms, audiences, competitors, seasonality. Each country with its own logic.
Hypothesis → small test → scale
Creative, offer, audience and bidding tests. Scale what works, kill what doesn't, fast.
Report and explain
The client or management sees not just the number but the "why". The next step is written at the end of every report.
Measurability
If we can't measure something, we can't discuss whether it works. Measurement comes first.
Transparency
Poor performance is shared early, not dressed up. Decision rationales are written down.
Curiosity
Every market, every platform, every new feature is something to learn. Twelve years in the same discipline, still not bored.
