An honest read
Limits
Its value depends less on the tool than on how the organisation keeps its files. If permissions are messy, or five versions of the same report sit in different folders, it will summarise the old one and present it as the answer. Licensing is per seat and hard to justify for small teams. Outside Office files it's an ordinary assistant.
When I switch to another tool
If corporate file context isn't needed, ChatGPT or Claude are both more flexible and cheaper. If the knowledge lives in Notion, Notion AI does the same job inside the workspace.
