What it does well
- Contextual answers inside the workspace
- Meeting note summaries
- Keeping process docs current
How I use it
- Client-level decision log and summaries
- Maintaining checklists and standards
- Quick brief creation
Limits
It's only as good as what's in the workspace. If pages are disorganised, an old meeting note and a current decision get summarised with equal weight, and a wrong answer looks right. Deep analysis and long-form writing aren't its strength; its real job is turning scattered notes into something ordered.
When I switch to another tool
For long document analysis and report writing, Claude. If corporate files sit in the Microsoft stack, Microsoft Copilot. For outside research, Perplexity.
