Berlin International University
Programme-based search + social campaigns in Germany and target countries; SEO content plan.
Where it started.
For a university in Berlin teaching in English, applicants come both from within Germany and from different countries; a single campaign language and message didn't answer that diversity.
Step by step.
Programme-based campaigns
Separate ad groups and landing pages per bachelor's/master's programme.
Country and language split
Budget and language split by applicant-pool country; Meta lead form + WhatsApp flows.
SEO content plan
Programme- and city-focused content calendar; Search Console tracking.
What changed.
Thanks to the programme- and country-based structure it became clear which programme sees demand in which market; content and budget decisions follow that.
Lessons.
- The city is a programme too. Berlin itself is a search motivation; city-focused content matters as much as programme content.
- WhatsApp works for international applicants. Starting a chat instead of a form converts far better in some countries.
Shall we talk ?
I'd be glad to walk you through the details, the data and the decisions behind it.
