How I approached it

What made this hard

A wide catalogue at low unit prices. In that combination feed quality matters more than campaign structure: a product that never shows because of a missing product type, a weak title or the wrong category costs more than a poor bidding strategy. With a low basket value there's little room for error.

What I prioritised

We fixed the Merchant feed first: title structure, product-type hierarchy and image standards. I split Shopping campaigns into product groups with similar margins, so one target doesn't flatten the whole catalogue. On Meta, catalogue campaigns and remarketing were set up to bring back visitors who didn't buy on the first visit. The seasonal swing in home decor was built into the budget plan too.
