Advisory role at a US-based SEO agency. Technical SEO audits, authority (link) strategy and content prioritisation for client accounts; methodology support for the agency team.

SEO Agency · US (remote)
What made this hard
Working remotely for a US agency meant many sites at once, across very different sectors. At that scale you can't approach each site from scratch; the audit has to sit on a repeatable framework, or what gets found depends on how sharp the specialist was that day.
What I prioritised
I fixed the technical audit into a set order: indexability, site architecture, content depth, then authority. The order matters — building links to a site that isn't indexed spends money on a page nobody sees. Authority strategy went last for that reason. The audit framework I use today in SEO consulting, and how I read the changing search landscape, took shape in this period.
